Job Title: Telephone Office Support Worker

Organisation: Paladin National Stalking Advocacy Service

Salary: £18,500 pro rata 8% pensions contribution

Hours: Minimum 30-36.5 hours per week

Location: This post is based in East Lancashire

Outline of Role: The Telephone & Office support worker is the first point of contact for our service users, answering calls to the office and responding to emails, providing advice and information to both service users and professionals. Providing a triage service ensuring initial needs and risks are assessed and understood, carry out short term risk management and safety planning as well as identify and refer to services appropriate to service user needs.
The role also involves providing administrative support to the Paladin team and assisting with the general running of the office

The role will also include working with professionals and local agencies to ensure a coordinated response is in place and all relevant agencies work together effectively.

The qualities we are looking for include;

  • Working well in a team as well as independently
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Report writing and presenting findings
  • Computer literate
  • Strong administrative skills
  • An interest / understanding of stalking including the impact of domestic abuse, sexual
  • An openness and willingness to learn
