Operations Manager Fixed Term to October 2018 (with renewal subject to funding continuation)
Salary: £35-£37, 500 (including London Weighting)
Working hours: 40 per week, plus occasional evening or weekend work. Some travel will be expected

Paladin, National Stalking Advocacy Service is the only national trauma informed service for high-risk victims of stalking. One of our prime objectives is to ensure the voices of victims are heard and keep victims and their children safe. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and experienced manager with a proven track record of leadership in Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) services or similar to come and join our dynamic team.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the operational management of the Paladin team, ensuring services are of the highest quality to reduce risk and meet victim’s needs. In collaboration with the Chief Executive, the post holder will also lead the development of services and strategic partnerships and oversee the growth of our training, consultancy and accreditation department.
With sound knowledge of stalking and domestic abuse, including the impact on victims and their children, and the legal and practical remedies available to these clients the post-holder will be strategic and versatile, have excellent communication skills and be experienced in leading and motivating staff and working effectively with local partnerships. The post holder will work with the Paladin Board of Directors and play a key role in the strategic development of services in Paladin working to our strategic blueprint.
